Positive: Constant chat support from the owner. Flexible check in and out. Modern and clean apartment 3 minutes walk from the beach. We even received EU adapters to charge our phones and a welcome wine. It's also 10 minutes by car from the airport so it's the perfect location for anyone with early departure. Negative: Absolutely not the owner's fault but government did some construction work in the street and it made mornings a little noisy. We bought earplugs but it didn't entirely cancelled the noise.

Met our expectations! Positive: The check-in and communication with the host was very good, the location was excellent -right in the center of the town and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable for 2 people, as shown in the pictures. If you have a car, there are plenty of parking lots very close, where you can park your car for 3 euros per day (you might need coins to pay in some cases). Negative: The room is located in the center of Larnaca nightlife, so as already mentioned in previous reviews and descriptions, there is noise during the night. We weren't bothered but someone might need earplugs to sleep. Moreover, the shower drain could be improved.

Positive: Very close to the beach and super nice restaurants, very close to the ATMS, very cozy, very clean, includes portable everything so if i didnt cook today I could make space on the counter by putting it in the big cabinet above! The airfryer helps our frozen goods! Negative: Only 1 table so if working remote we use the table than no table for eatting we used the lil cabinet, the TV is probably a screencast or screenshare of a phone, and not a smart TV by itself, not sure whats the reason being it but very hard to watch Netflix as shows wont slide at all and to type a show takes ages. Needed a booster for the shower and unless it was on 2h at least during the winter it didnt reach warm water.
