Superb location for a party-goer couple or young family. Positive: Location is simply excellent, right between seafront walkway, city market, streets with plenty of restaurants and bars, and touristy places like St Lazarus church and medieval fort on the beach. Negative: Almost nothing to spare here, perhaps some street noise at nights, but nothing unbearable.

Sehr gute Lage in Larnaka Positive: Lage: Mitten im alten Teil von Larnaka in der Nähe der St. Lazarus-Kirche und der Promenade. Viele schöne Restaurants, Tavernen und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist sauber und auf den ersten Blick sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Eingang ist direkt an der Straße, von dort führt eine offene Treppe in den ersten Stock zur Wohnung, die nicht noch einmal mit einer Tür abgetrennt ist. Im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine und eine ausreichend große Dusche. Die Wohnung hat keine Aussicht (wie man auch auf den Bildern erkennen kann). CheckIn: Kontakt im Vorfeld per E-Mail mit ausführlichen Informationen zur Anreise, zum Parken, und zum Zugang zur Unterkunft. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein und Wasser zur Verfügung. Parken: Direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus. Als wir dort waren, konnte man wegen einer Baustelle darin sogar umsonst parken, deshalb können wir nichts zur Höhe der Parkgebühr sagen. Negative: Die Fugen im Bad, gerade in der Dusche, benötigen eine Erneuerung. Durch den besonderen Zuschnitt der Wohnung mit der Eingangstür direkt an der Straße und dem offenen Treppenhaus, sind sämtliche Geräusche von der Straße wie Gespräche, Musik usw. mehr als deutlich in der Wohnung zu hören. Das war selbst für eine Wohnung mitten in der Stadt sehr störend. Die Lüftung der Wohnung ist nur über das Badfenster möglich, Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Wohnung dadurch relativ feucht war.

Nice stay in the heart of Larnaca Positive: Central location, nice host, easy check-in and check out. Welcoming touches like water and wine. Negative: The central location comes with bars and restaurants all around and a lot of noise in the late hours. Definitely not for a light sleeper like me. Even with the windows shut, the music, people singing and shouting on the street below is quite loud inside. The apartment is on a level above the some shops and actually the entrance is on the street. Mosquito nets would be helpful as well, especially on the bathroom window.

Positive: Отличные, современные , очень уютные апартаменты в центре города, очень близко до моря и набережной, базар в 70 метрах, где много свежих фруктов и овощей. Продуманное и понятное,быстрое заселение , ключ в боксе возле входа .
