Positive: Nice, clean, spacious apartment. Free parking spot. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen.
Negative: Apartment is next to the harbor, thus area is not the nicest. Apartment itself is nice, however when you go to the stairwell you can smell various smells from the neighbors kitchens. For hot water in the shower you need to wait for an hour to heat it, which is not the nicest when you get back after a long travelling day.
