Positive: Beautiful and comfortable apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Washing machine, dishwasher, a sofa-bed, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, elevator and dedicated parking space.
The host is very helpful and responds to questions and concerns quickly.
Upon our arrival there was a bottle of wine and a couple of water bottles waiting for us in the fridge, which was very needed as it was very hot outside.
